Fees for our Services are described on our pricing page. All fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment must be made in advance for the selected subscription period. We accept various payment methods as specified on our payment portal.
Your privacy and the security of your data are important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Services is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
